High-rep, high-feedback sessions with a max of 5 athletes. Individual attention, competitive energy, and real-time coaching that sticks.
Field Player Clinics
Specialty sessions that combine elite-level drills with leadership, mindset work, and intentional growth.
1:1 Coaching
Fully personalized coaching for goalies and field players, from foundational skills to advanced tactics.

Indoor Shoot 'N Save Clinic
Elevate FHC is excited to be hosting a Shoot 'N Save clinic on Monday, January 19th. The clinic will feature Elevate Coaches Amar Singh and Sierra Espeland, focusing on technical scoring and saving skills specific to the indoor game.

Elevate Winter Escape Practices
In preparation for Winter Escape 2026, Elevate will be hosting open Winter Escape practices for U14 - U19 at the River City Sportsplex. These practices are open to all, regardless of what team you are playing for in Winter Escape. Cost is $25 per player per session.
