What Each Session Looks Like
Improvement can happen fast — some players walk away with 2–3 new skills after a single session.

Current Programs
Elevate Indoor Teams (U12 - U19)
Elevate Field Hockey Club will be fielding indoor teams from U12 - U19 for the 2025 - 2026 indoor season. All age levels will compete at 3 developmental tournaments. U12 and U14 teams will compete at NITs, while U16 and U19 teams will compete at an NITQ for a chance to play in NITs.

Elevate Shooting Star Practices
In preparation for Shooting Star 2025, Elevate will be hosting open Shooting Star practices for U12 - U19 at the River City Sportsplex. These practices are open to all, regardless of what team you are playing for in Shooting Star. Cost is $25 per player per session, or $80 for all four sessions. Goalkeepers, please note that there will be an hour of optional goalkeeper specific training.
