What Each Session Looks Like

Improvement can happen fast — some players walk away with 2–3 new skills after a single session.

  

Each session is designed to balance technical, tactical and mental development:

Dynamic body warm-up

Stick and ball warm-up

Small possession games or new skill introduction

Application drills to refine new skills

Game play with feedback + takeaways

Elevate Developmental Spring Season

Elevate Field Hockey Club will be fielding developmental outdoor teams from U10 - U19 for the 2026 spring season.  

Please complete the form below to indicate which age groups and developmental programs you are registering for in the Elevate 2026 spring season.

Elevate Spring RISE Program 

Elevate Field Hockey Club will be continuing our RISE program for beginner players (U18, U10, U12) in the spring of 2026. We are pleased to announce the dates and times of trainings, as well as the tournaments these athletes will be playing in to showcase what they've learned. 

 

Phase 1 Training 

 

  • Dates: Tuesdays from March 10 - April 7th (5 sessions) 

  • Location: River City Sportsplex Field 8 

  • Times: 6 - 7:30 pm

  • Two Sunday sessions will be added on Astro, tentatively 3/22 and 3/29

 

Phase 2 Training

 

  • Dates: Tuesdays from April 14th - May 12th (5 sessions) 

  • Location: River City Sportsplex Field 8 

  • Times: 6 - 7:30 pm

  • Two Sunday sessions will be added on Astro, tentatively 4/19 and 5/10

 

Tournaments 

  • Richmond Jamboree - April 25th at University of Richmond 

  • Debbie Cale Play Day - May 16th at CNU
